Four Seasons Catering Company is the creation of Mark De-Vaal and his commitment shouldn't be taken with a 'pinch of salt', having made a successful career in Spain with his wife Ann-Marie, he built up and owned two very successful restaurants on the Costa Blanca for over 5 years.
